Our STIHL Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Items that are out of stock, backordered, or unavailable for immediate purchase.
• Items listed as available to order or coming soon.
• Clearance, run-out, liquidation, damaged-box, or discontinued stock.
• Pricing errors, misprints, or obvious mistakes.
• Quotes, negotiated prices, package deals, loyalty discounts, or membership-only offers
• Marketplace listings, private sellers, auction sites, grey imports, or non-authorised STIHL dealers
• Products that are not identical, including different kits, battery bundles, bar lengths, accessories, or model variants

About “available” STIHL products

Some STIHL products on our website may show as available because they can be ordered through our supplier.

This does not always mean the item is physically in stock at our store.

For price matching, the STIHL product must be in stock and ready for immediate purchase from both EE Day & Sons and the competitor.

• Confirmation that the competitor has the item in stock
